Discover how to “paint” with fabric in this fun, beginner-friendly 2-hour workshop led by Roberta Bell, guest instructor at Glassville TN, a textile-focused mixed media artist whose work blends fabric, fibers, beads, wood, embroidery, quilting, and restoration of old wood into landscape-inspired textile art. In this hands-on class, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind postcard and bookmark using fabric scraps, yarns, and other textured materials to build a colorful, dimensional scene inspired by your reference photos and imagination. No sewing experience is needed, and all necessary materials are included—participants only need to bring their creativity.
